Information for Registering Artists
Please read the following information carefully before completing the registration form.
The Art in the Park venue is the Greymouth High School Gymnasium, High Street, Greymouth.

Art in the Park is a two day event open to the public on Saturday 10am to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 3pm. -
All work must be original and be for sale. It must include works not previously exhibited at the event. -
You must attend or have your site manned on both days. There is no one day option. -
Set up time is 3pm to 7pm Friday and 8am - 9:30am on Saturday. Please respect these times. -
Indoor display areas are approximately 4.8m x 1.2m • Only one indoor site is available per artist. • Limited outdoor sites are available. -
You will be required to provide your own tables. Chairs will be provided. -
Tables, easels or display stands must ensure they do not infringe on foot traffic or adjacent stalls. -
Please note: due to OSH restrictions, any fabric used to cover stalls or used in display MUST be fire resistant. Natural fibres (wool, cotton etc.) are fine but poly cotton, polyester or anything man made are not permissible. -
Power points can be provided for those who order them at no charge. Any leads or electrical equipment you bring must have a current certificate of fitness. -
Please Note: Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except in the event that more artists register than there are available stalls. Sites will be allocated according to date applications and fees are received. The committee reserves the right to ensure first time exhibitor’s work is deemed suitable for exhibition. A waiting list system will occur for any additional artists with fees being returned in the event that a place in the exhibition is not gained.
